Oscar Scott is a board member of the National Storm Shelter
Association and serves as Chief Compliance Officer. He
is currently the owner of
Red Dog
International, LP., a company that leases the world's
only rapid deployment "portable" tornado shelter for use by
industrial work crews of 15 to 30 people who are temporarily
exposed to severe weather events in remote locations.
The shelter currently has a patent pending.
Oscar Scott has over 40 years experience in
Engineering and Senior Management. He is a Registered
Professional Engineer (TX 37463) and a
Producer Member of NSSA.
